Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging Solset Window Cleaning ("Solset," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Solset provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas. The scope of each service is determined by the estimate agreed upon before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a job if conditions on-site make work unsafe or impractical, such as severe weather or inaccessible windows.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website are approximations based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after inspection. Any estimate given is valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require at least twenty-four (24) hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are those communicated at the time of booking. Outstanding balances may accrue late fees.

Limitation of Liability

Solset is not liable for damage to pre-existing or defective windows, screens, or frames, including seal failure or glass breakage caused by existing flaws. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.

We are not responsible for personal property left near windows during cleaning. Please secure valuables and fragile items before our arrival.

Warranty

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from conditions outside our control, such as new weather or post-service soiling.

14-Day Rain Guarantee

If rain within fourteen (14) days of your service leaves water spots on the windows we cleaned, we will return to re-clean those windows at no additional cost. Simply contact us within that window and we will schedule a return visit.

This guarantee covers windows included in the original service only and does not extend to windows not cleaned, damage caused by storms, or spotting from sources such as sprinklers or irrigation.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submit false information, or access areas not intended for public use. All content on this site is the property of Solset and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date below. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
